Comfort Inn & Suites South Burlington near University

Outside pool and free breakfast. We got one of the suits which was reasonably priced. Needs were super comfortable and everything was really clean (besides the elevator). The employees were still professional and courteous. There is free Wi-Fi which was nice but slow during busy hours. There tv with preset channels but no way to use the HDMI or cast to the TV if you are trying to watch from one of your own devices.

This is a good find for people who want reasonably priced hotels near Burlington. The room prices here are about 50 percent lower than the hotels in Burlington (but we went on off season- nov 7-8 -so that might be a factor). I like the room we got, king sized bed, it's spacious, clean and comfy, with a good view. Staff are nice. They lent us pack n play for our toddler. The free breakfast was okay, they have waffle makers. They have free drinks and brownies in the lobby when you check in. If you want a reasonably priced hotel and just a comfy bed and room after a long day of touring around the city, this is a good option.

Best part of a terrible day. My flight at BTV was cancelled a few hours before departure and the airlines were awful in helping rebook, but that's a different story. I had to find last-minute lodging for the night and comfort inn was the only place available that offered free 24 hour airport shuttle service for under $250. I booked the room at 7PM for $157 and called and received a shuttle 15 minutes later. The desk staff were extremely sympathetic and scheduled the shuttle for me the next day and put together a breakfast bag for me to pickup in the morning since I was leaving before breakfast hours. My room was clean and larger than I was expecting for the price, with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, and plenty of extra room (see photos). Bed was comfortable and no issues with any appliances. The only downside to note is there did not appear to be any permanent A/C, and only a portable window unit that wasn't hooked up. It was a cool night so I didn't have a need for it, so I cannot comment on room temperature control. This is also within 10-15 minutes walk from the University mall, target, grocery stores, and restaurants/bars/fast food. If you're on a budget or looking for inexpensive, clean lodging with airport access and wonderful customer service, you should consider this Comfort Inn.

I cannot recommend Comfort Inn enough. First, they were one of the most affordable options we came across. Room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. This is my new go to.

Great Stay at Comfort Inn – Burlington, Vermont We had a really great time staying at the Comfort Inn in Burlington, Vermont. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast menu was quite large, with fresh and tasty options every morning, which made a great start to our day. Everything felt well-organized and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good heating and plenty of space inside the room. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, the room setup made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We traveled all the way from Virginia to Burlington, and this hotel made our trip even better. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. Highly recommend Comfort Inn in Burlington, Vermont for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay!

Stayed here with my friends for a couple nights. The room was nice. The free breakfast was amazing. The hotel had easy access to a mall the highway along with many restaurants plan in the comeback during the summer to see how the outdoor pool is.

I stay at this Comfort Inn twice a month on business. Its location is central to everything in the greater Burlington area. There are many restaurants, shops, and amenities within walking distance. The staff is outstanding. And the reception crew is more like what you would find in a hotel three or four times the price. Clean, handy, welcoming, and quiet, this Comfort Inn hits all the high spots. For those, like me, who are price conscious, I cannot recommend it more highly.

Yes it's a basic, no frills airport hotel, but the staff was so warm and accommodating it really elevated my 3d3n stay. They offered a free upgrade to my booking at arrival. Solid, hot and cold breakfast is available every morning and coffee is made available even after breakfast. Good variety of breakfast options as well. Cold and hot drinking water always available and guest laundry also available. Rooms are clean and spacious and wifi was fast. They let me do a late check out and even offered a free shuttle to the airport. I'm so glad I stayed here, and would totally do it again if im ever back in burlington. Location is EXCELLENT. Walking distance to barnes and noble, coffee shops, eating places, the library, target, cvs, trader joes, etc. Also right next to a bus stop which is great because I took the bus into and from town every day. All in all highly recommend.
